We offer online training for both members and non-members. However, our online system is not the standard within the strength training community. Our resident strength and conditioning specialist Ben Foodman utilizes top of the line software to both deliver and analyze the results of your training. Utilizing evidence-based step loading methods, Ben can help athletes achieve and sustain peak performance in both anaerobic and aerobic training conditions.
Whether you are an Olympic-style weight-lifter looking to achieve a new one rep max, a marathon runner aiming to break your previous personal record, or a tactical athlete (military, fire & rescue, law enforcement, etc.) trying to sustain performance, Ben will deliver. Spots are limited for online training as Ben caps the number of clients he works with in order to provide individually designed programs.
