OPEN GYM

The Fitness Factory is made up of two parts… the Fitness Area and the Open Gym Area. Both have an abundance of tools to meet your fitness goals. Our Open Gym provides you a wide open space to go beyond just machines to push yourself to peak performance. We have a wide variety of ropes, tires, kettlebells, weighted sleds, boxes, even Olympic stones to push your workout to the max. We also have a large section for squats, dead-lifts, presses and pullup areas. You won’t find a better place to Get Your WOD On!

The Fitness Factory’s open gym also has trainers available to teach form-first lifting. This correct approach reduces the chance of injury and strengthens the body and teaches safe movement. Our “box” relies on the help of other instruments from strength sports, such as powerlifting and strongman, to give you a sound mix of exercises. This creates functional strength and excellent results effectively and safely. We also know how important speed, agility, and mobility are to athletes, so everything from the equipment to the WODs gives you a well-rounded program to help you perform at your best.
